    If dinhata police firing is ok. As per sil commission report, what is wrong with 1993 writers’ building police firing? Here is the story how was provocation to police in July, 1993; the day of Writers’ Abhijan by Y-Cong. The demand was: voters’ ID card is to be made only document for voting. YC supporters gathered at five different points of Kolkata. YC supporters, who had assembled at Howrah station, were marching along Brabourne Road. Police stopped them near Tea Board office —near Writers’. As crowd tried to break police cordon, a lathicharge ensued. Stones were thrown, tear gas shells burst. The crowd retreated, but did not disperse; took shelter in lanes between the Tea Board and the Canning Street. Lathi-wielding police entered the lanes to chase them away. Suddenly a policeman emerged from one of the lanes, bleeding profusely from the head — his white uniform smeared in blood. He had been hit by a stone in the head. Seeing him in that condition, the cops went berserk. By that time, YC president Mamata reached the Tea Board crossing, accompanied by a few other leaders. She had climbed onto a traffic post in the road. Police surrounded the traffic post and started a lathicharge. YC leaders accompanying Mamata threw a protective ring around her. Some of them — including Saugata Roy — were badly beaten up. It was planned that supporters would move towards Writers’ from different directions and laid a siege on the state secretariat. Mamata had, in the meantime, demonstrated her crowd-pulling ability by holding a successful rally at the Brigade Parade Ground. But the-then CM JB announced that he would not allow the state secretariat to be taken over by the YC brigade. As planned by the YC, rallies were heading towards Writers’ from different directions — from Brabourne Road, BB Gangly Street, Mission Row. One procession was approaching from Mayo Road, where gatherings are prohibited under Section 144. It was stopped by police at crossing of Mayo Road and Red Road. A scuffle ensued. Few people started throwing stones. Police resorted to lathicharge. The crowd started running across Curzon Park and the battle spread. Afraid that they would be outnumbered, policemen opened fire. 13 people were shot dead. Mamata herself was beaten up. She collapsed on road. Whether it was real collapse or drama, who knows? More than 200 youths injured. So, this drama was a movement to demand PIC in election. This was an election commission issue and not state-govt matter at all. The martyrs of this movement were false martyr. At present whole country got PIC system in election. Credit goes to EC. Why it was required to make a movement against state govt at all? Bogus leaders’ bogus movement; bogus martyrs;

    Tapasi malk is also one martyr. What happened to tapasi malik case? Regarding Tapasi Malik case, we have reason to doubt that what really happened and whether lies are practiced or not? Her parent’s role is suspected. They are hiding some facts. CBI once released sketches of the four prime accused in the case related to Tapasi Malik in Singur. Releasing the sketches, CBI Superintendent of Police A K Sahai had said, “The sketches have been drawn on the basis of the interrogation of people and they will be distributed all over the country.” Though the CBI declined to disclose details about the accused, it announced a cash reward of Rs one lakh for anybody who could provide information about them. Where these sketches had gone? Tapasi’s father and brother might have had something to do with her murder. Tapasi’s unnatural death was cloudy and complicated. The CBI has become suspicious of the statements made by Tapasi’s father Monoranjan and brother Surajit. They did not own any plot of land at all. Nor they did till any land anywhere. Monoranjan was a member of the rural poor of the Singur village of Bajeymelia who eked out a living through selling fishes from a pavement stall and he had indeed lined up before the block level offices of the state government requesting for a job. But, Monoranjan and Tapasi were dubbed by commercial media as leading activists of the save agricultural land committee. Both Tapasi’s father and brother have something to hide with her murder.

    Nandigram Police firing: पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री बुद्धदेव को क्लीनचिट

    कोलकाता/ब्यूरो। नंदीग्राम में पुलिस फायरिंग की घटना में सीबीआई ने पश्चिम बंगाल के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और माकपा के वरिष्ठ नेता बुद्धदेव भट्टाचार्य को क्लीनचिट दे दी है। वर्ष 2007 में 14 मार्च की घटना में हाईकोर्ट ने 17 मार्च को सीबीआई जांच कराने का निर्देश दिया था। तब पुलिस की गोली से 14 जनों की मौत हो गई थी।
    मौजूदा ममता बनर्जी सरकार ने सीबीआई से प्रकरण में भट्टाचार्य की भूमिका की जांच की मांग की थी। सीबीआई ने राज्य सरकार को बताया कि घटना में भट्टाचार्य का हाथ होने का कोई साक्ष्य नहीं मिला है। सीबीआई ने रिपोर्ट राज्य सरकार को भेज दी है। सीबीआई ने बंगाल सरकार से घटना के दौरान तैनात 12 पुलिस व प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की सिफारिश की थी।
    इनमें से तीन के खिलाफ सीबीआई ने राज्य सरकार से अकारण गोली चलाने के लिए चार्ज लगाने की अनुमति मांगी थी। अन्य नौ के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की सिफारिश की गई थी। सीबीआई के संयुक्त निदेशक अरुण बोथरा द्वारा भेजी गई रिपोर्ट की राज्य का गृह विभाग जांच कर रहा है।
    माना जा रहा है कि राज्य सरकार यह रिपोर्ट कानूनी सलाह के लिए विधि विभाग को भेजेगी। सरकार फिलहाल किसी पुलिस अधिकारी के खिलाफ चार्जशीट पेश करने की इजाजत देने में जल्दबाजी के मूड में नहीं है।

    Descriptive history is nothing but story of ghost; different ghost become important in different time and speak different story. History should not be descriptive; history should be analytical; with full implementation of law of cause and effect. What is the cause of 21-JULY movement? If not PIC, then what is else? Was it a causeless madness? What is the effect of 21-july movement? Well, any movement do have few bad effects, it is loss of life; sometimes loss of property; However, movements should have good effects also. What is the good effect of 21-july movement? Is it introduction of PIC in the whole country? Is PIC introduced in the whole country by LF govt? Election commission did it by their own agenda. Good effect of that movement is raw banana. What honor is left for the martyrs, then? Human being dies one day; nobody remains alive in this world for ever; however, all deaths are not equal. When one dies in a movement, demand of which is found as bogus later on, death becomes a matter of joke. Martyrs become posthumous jokers.
